Quixotic Ideas Vocabulary
Quixotic Ideas is a fantasy series in a world with fully integrated magic and a generally upbeat approach. This world is Quorth (aka quixotic-Earth, or Q-Earth), roughly similar to local-Earth in geography. It has a set of specialized words for dealing with magic. Many, though not all of these, incorporate "q," "qu," or "qui" in the spelling. This helps distinguish them from nonmagical terms. Below are some of the more significant ones.

Alquemist -- a person who practices alquemy, a type of magic primarily concerned with magical materials and processes.
